I live with 4 daily fears in Personal Finance Money Management, and the story begins with my recent shopping trip. Last week, I was shopping at a store, and I noticed they started taking PayPal as a form of payment.I went to check out and I made an inquiry on how PayPal was accepted. You were required to have a PIN with your mobile number for payments to be accepted, and I pulled out another card to swipe for my purchase only to have the transaction declined as the terminal informed me while the cashier said very loudly” declined”.
